It's not Digital, it a photo but apparently it too small to be a photo ( wtf? )

So me and my friend was texting each other and
I was having a hard time picking on whether I
should be Sasuke Uchiha or Police Arthur Kirkland
for a future Convention. And I randomly thought of
"If I combine Sasuke and Police Iggy i'll get a
Sasuke gay britih police"
